Club Check is a free mobile app which by using the location services on your phone, allows users to see any Club Check registered clubs/bars that are in their proximity or allow them to search for a venue by name or area.
Users are then able to view the venue’s page, seeing what specials the venue may be providing for the night, what entertainment will be available and how many other clubbers are currently checked in. Users will can also see recent statistics of the club including how many people have checked in over a 24 hour period, in total and the age groups of people checked in. Once checked in a clubber is then able to view the profiles of other clubbers in the same venue. (Note: Clubbers may only check in if they are in the same location as the venue).

Nightclub owners/managers are able to use Club Check to create a page for their business. The page will include the location of their venue, name, photos, brief description and a ‘what’s on’ section. Once created the venue page will always be available for clubbers to view and check into, only having to be accessed to change descriptions or to monitor who is checked in. Club Check will also keep a tally for businesses showing how many people have checked into their venue over the last 24 hours, the last month and in total.
The ‘what’s on’ description will help businesses to be able to advertise cheap drinks, live entertainment or any other events which could be happening on various nights. Venues would also be able to have the opportunity for deals such as check in on arrival to allow half price entry or free drink cards, which would be entirely up to the venue. The more people checked in, the more appealing it would be for clubbers to choose to venture there.
Club check also keeps a tally of users' clubbing history, allowing venues to reward their regulars, for example by offering free entry every 10th time checked in to the venue.
A manager of the page would be able to log on and see exactly how many people are checked in at any time and who they are. This could assist in knowing of any notable trouble makers that may be lurking, creating a safer environment for everybody.
To create a page for a venue includes an in app purchase and annual fee of $99.99. This fee is to deter people creating random pages for venues, keeping the app and its use very credible.
